Lead Government Consultant
Crowe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Government Consultant to join our growing public sector consulting practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to impactful projects that help government clients modernize their Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with public sector clients to design and implement solutions, leading and mentoring business analyst teams, analyzing business operations, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and delivering high-quality written reports and client presentations.
Required qualifications include an undergraduate degree and 5 to 8 years of professional experience in management consulting, with in-depth knowledge of HR / Payroll processes and experience implementing payroll or HCM software. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA, or PMP, and experience leading small projects or coordinating cross-functional project teams.
