Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to ensuring each homeowner’s comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
• Accurately complete service orders and maintain detailed service records.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding service issues, repair options, and recommendations.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety policies, and local HVAC codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and manage inventory of parts and tools.
• Provide emergency service as needed (rotating on-call schedule).
• Stay up to date with latest HVAC technologies and practices through continuous training.
