Job Title : Production Supervisor

Location : Torrance, CA 90501

Pay : $20.50 – $26.00 per hour

Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food manufacturing facility specifically a Bakery. This role is responsible for leading production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and keeping production running smoothly.

Schedule :

Candidates will start on the morning shift for training and may be moved to a different schedule depending on production needs. All candidates must be available to work any shift.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and train production employees; provide coaching as needed.
• Plan and assign work to meet production goals.
• Ensure product quality by enforcing GMP and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment, coordinate with maintenance, and reduce downtime.
• Communicate staffing needs with outside agencies.
• Participate in daily / weekly safety and production meetings.
• Review and complete production reports.
• Ensure proper start-up of equipment, including conveyors and printers.
• Oversee cooking, mixing, and baking procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
