Brief Description

We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our organization and oversee 11 senior living communities in WI, IA, and MN. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in social media, Google Analytics, website management, advertising, media, communications, and event planning.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience as a marketing professional.

2+ years of team management experience.

Essential Functions

Develop and coordinate strategic marketing plans with measurable goals.

Maintain a positive community reputation through external involvement.

Facilitate marketing meetings and manage the website.

Plan and execute marketing events.

Improve Google Analytics performance.

Analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Communicate market changes and address census barriers.

Develop referral sources to support admissions and revenue growth.

Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Other Duties

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Participate in facility programs and committees.

Represent the facility to outside groups.

Coordinate internal marketing events and employee engagement activities.
