We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Services team at a leading regional medical centre near the greater Puget Sound area. Role Highlights
You will :
- Provide direct nursing care in the emergency services department, applying critical thinking, rapid assessment skills, and strong clinical judgement.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, support staff and ancillary services to stabilise patients, administer interventions, monitor and document care.
- Utilise required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) from hire, maintain your RN license in Washington, and support the department's standards of practice.
- Contribute to a patient-centred culture where your voice is heard and professional growth is encouraged.

Qualifications
Required :
Graduation from an accredited nursing programme.ctive Washington State RN licence at time of hire.National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.National Provider ACLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.National Provider PALS (American Heart Association) upon hire.Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.Preferred :
National certification in emergency nursing or related specialty.Experience in emergency / trauma nursing environment.Skills Set (at least three required) :
Rapid patient assessment and triage in emergency situations.Strong communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings.bility to prioritise and deliver safe, effective nursing care under pressure.Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical record systems.Emotional resilience and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.Why Join This Role?
