Transportation Group Manager – Launch and Grow Our North Carolina Transportation Practice

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for transportation infrastructure and business development? Fisher Associates is seeking a Transportation Group Manager with deep expertise in transportation engineering and infrastructure project delivery to establish and grow our transportation practice in North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up—with the full backing of a trusted, multi-disciplinary firm.

In this high-impact role, you’ll lead strategic planning, recruit and develop a local team, and manage the successful delivery of DOT, local agency, and federal-aid transportation projects. You’ll be responsible for driving client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring project excellence in alignment with our mission and core values.

Fisher Associates is a multidisciplinary design services firm headquartered in Rochester, NY, with eight locations nationwide. The firm provides civil / site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast engineering and construction engineering services to public and private sector clients across numerous markets.

Salary Range $150,000-$195,000

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications / education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits.
