Patent Prosecution & Litigation Patent Agent / Technical Advisor - Electrical Engineering & Software - Multiple Offices

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in any office.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Ideal candidates will have e xperience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, memory devices, and / or semiconductors devices or have technical training or experience in these areas.
• Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Team oriented

The national average salary range for the Patent Agent role is $99,600-$145,800. The national average salary range for the Technical Advisor role is $80,000-$105,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
