A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
Saint Mary's of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Hematology / Oncology team at Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group . This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment delivering comprehensive cancer care to a diverse and vibrant community.
Position Details
- Full-time employment
- Specialty : Hematology / Oncology
- Outpatient-based care setting
- Provide direct patient care under physician supervision
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage hematology and oncology patients, monitor treatment response, and adjust therapy accordingly
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide side effect management
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate high-quality care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
- Located in the heart of Chicagos Ukrainian Village
