In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of construction loan, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit), and other assigned servicing tasks in accordance with department policy and established timeframes. You’ll ensure all draw requests, inspections, and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining clear communication with members and credit unions.

Responsibilities :
Perform duties related to HELOC servicing, including monitoring draws, producing manual monthly statements, and maintaining open communication with members and credit unions.
Serve as a secondary backup for the Escrow Call Queue, responding to member calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations and service excellence.
Experience : Three (3) to five (5) years of similar or related experience in mortgage servicing, construction loan administration, or financial services.
Education : High school diploma or GED required.
Qualifications :
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen, manual hand and finger coordination to operate a keyboard and other input devices, to speak in and listen carefully on the telephone.
Work Environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a remote office setting.
