Your Role : Assistant Office Manager
As the Assistant Office Manager , you will be a vital part of the leadership team, supporting the Office Manager and partnering closely with dentists and clinical staff. Your focus will be on driving team efficiency, exceptional patient service, and operational success.

Support day-to-day operations and ensure efficient, compliant workflowsAssist with personnel management : hiring, coaching, and developmentHelp manage patient relations, scheduling, billing, and insurance inquiriesGuide team performance to meet financial, productivity, and service goalsCollaborate with the Office Manager and dentists to maintain a patient-first environmentGenerate monthly and special reports as neededEnsure proper ordering and inventory of dental and office suppliesAddress and resolve staff, patient, or provider concerns professionallyParticipate in community marketing and outreach eventsStep in wherever needed—your flexibility and leadership make a difference every dayWhat You Bring
Proven experience in dental, medical, or office management is a plusExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to lead with empathy, efficiency, and accountabilityDetail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable navigating both the clinical and administrative aspects of the practiceRequirements
Essential Requirements & Qualifications :
2 or more years of management experience, preferably in a dental or medical settingPreferred 3-5 years of front office dental experienceAbility to organize and prioritize workload to meet schedules and deadlinesPersonal maturity and emotional intelligence to manage under demanding circumstancesPleasant and respectful manner with patients and staffPatience, understanding, and consideration for othersAbility to work independently or as part of a teamComputer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new programsAbility to present and speak professionally in front of groupsIndependent thinking, good judgment, and initiativeAbility to follow instructions and handle confidential informationTeamwork, dependability, and promptnessAbility to manage repetitive detail-oriented tasksFlexibility to accept different work assignments with a positive attitudeCommitment to patient confidentialityBenefits
