Description : Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in S / 4HANA implementations, specializing in HR and Finance integrations. This role will play a critical part in managing the integration between ADP , HR processes, and Finance systems during an S / 4HANA implementation, ensuring smooth cost center management, payroll accuracy, and alignment between HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate S / 4HANA implementation activities with a focus on HR and Finance integration.
- Manage ADP actions, including cost center changes and related data workflows.
- Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to align business requirements with system configurations.
- Oversee integration work between HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between HRIS, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant data flow.
- Provide guidance on system and process changes related to payroll and benefits due to S / 4HANA implementation.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of project management and ERP implementation experience.Strong background in Finance system integrations .Hands-on experience managing ADP actions and cost center changes.Solid understanding of HR benefits, payroll processes , and their integration with Finance systems.SuccessFactors experience preferred.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams during large-scale ERP transitions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills
S / 4HANA Finance and HR module experience.Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll regulations.Familiarity with data migration, testing, and cutover planning in ERP projects
