About this Role

The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing team in planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be involved in both creative content production and coordination of operational marketing tasks to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand visibility, and alignment with company objectives. Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, marketing analytics, and web development skills.

What You'll Do

• Create, edit, and publish marketing content : social media posts, flyers, presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
• Manage content scheduling and posting across company digital channels (website, social media, email).
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and leadership teams to gather content (photos, data, project updates).
• Support event planning and execution (e.g. open houses, trade shows, internal events).
• Maintain marketing collateral assets and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Assist in tracking marketing metrics : campaign performance, website analytics, social media engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor / agency coordination (swag and uniforms, print, media).
• Help maintain marketing budget, resource scheduling, and invoice tracking.
• Help stock and run the company store.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $25.00 / Yr. - USD $28.00 / Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
