Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to cover a maternity leave from October through December, with a high possibility of extension. This contract position focuses on an elementary school caseload, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication skills.

Responsibilities include :

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications :

  • SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload primarily consisting of elementary-aged students
  • Location : Newark, DE (Elementary School Setting)
