Job description

Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name : Structural Heart Coordinator – Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Kissimmee, FL

Employment Type : Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting : Tertiary Care Hospital (Level II Trauma Center)

Shift : Days – Three 12-hour shifts (6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM) | Full-Time

Compensation :

  • Pay : $36.00-$48.00 per hour + $4 / hour on-call rate
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10,000
  • On-call : $4.00

Qualifications : Required :

  • Minimum 5 years of recent acute care cardiovascular clinical experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing.
  • Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation).
  • BLS-AHA Provider certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Experience with data management systems, clinical analysis, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiology procedures and cardiovascular biomedical products.
  • On-call required (must live within 30 minutes of the facility)
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with structural heart registries and national benchmarking.
  • Background in evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Data reporting and registry management experience.
  • Job Summary :

  • Manage and coordinate Structural Heart Registries with responsibility for data accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives based on evidence-based practice and registry results.
  • Analyze clinical data and compare outcomes against national benchmarks to drive quality improvement.
  • Work independently with self-direction and flexibility in a specialized cardiovascular environment.
  • Utilize data management systems for clinical analysis, process improvement, and reporting.
  • Maintain expertise in cardiology procedures and cardiovascular biomedical products.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using registry data and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cardiovascular team to enhance patient care and procedural excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff, physicians, and leadership regarding registry findings.
