Mid-Atlantic Elections Director

A company is looking for a Mid-Atlantic Elections Director to lead efforts in supporting endorsed candidates and building campaign infrastructure across Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for endorsed candidates, providing coaching and coordinating access to party resources

Develop and execute political plans, represent the organization in coalitions, and analyze political trends

Create and facilitate training for candidates and volunteers, while supporting leadership development initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in political campaigns, candidate recruitment, or campaign consulting

Deep understanding of electoral strategy and campaign mechanics

Experience managing campaigns at local and state levels

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
