100-mile radius rule
No more than 5 days of RTO.
Unit : OT
License : AZ OT license in hand / active
Required Certs : AHA BLS
Case types : total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, sepsis
Caseload : 8-10 per day
Setting : Acute Inpatient
Areas covered : ED & Med Surg
Required experience : Understanding of pathology, Lab values, interdisciplinary communication
Scheduling / weekends : 5x8's with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days / month, 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). No Self Scheduling
Holidays : rotate
Scrub Color : Royal Blue
