Job description

A company is looking for an AVP, Business Solutions (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic priorities and identify improvement opportunities across the enterprise

Implement technology and analytics-enabled workflows in collaboration with IT and other functions

Participate in the development of the Triangulation Center of Excellence to support enterprise-wide business objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

5-10 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Underwriting, Business Planning / Product Owner, IT, or related roles

Proven experience in developing large scale commercial and specialty Underwriting Systems

Familiarity with Process Mapping, Lean Process Improvement principles, and Agile frameworks

Experience partnering with IT development teams in Agile delivery and execution
