A company is looking for an Account Management Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Account Management team with preparing client materials and presentations
Field urgent calls and manage follow-ups with clients, owners, and vendors
Collaborate with Operations and Client Support to ensure client expectations are met
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
