Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and production industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain vendor records and manage communications regarding payment status.

Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP.

Monitor and manage aging reports to ensure timely payments.

Support internal audits and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline AP processes.

Qualifications :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
