Restoration and Cleaning Equity Partner GM with an existing Franchise

Restoration General Manager

We have an existing Restoration franchise and need a GM with the IICRC and AMRT certs that wants equity in the business. It is both a restoration and carpet cleaning business and Owner / GM would operate it as if it's their own business. We are willing to be highly flexible on the terms of the involvement of the new Owner / GM. Most important thing is a dedication to the success of the business and taking personal ownership of the responsibilities. The business has made numerous inroads that can be pursued. Two options, sweat equity or you can potentially take over entirely from day one, also willing to entertain if you have initial capital and we self-finance you for the balance. You will need the capital to hire at least one additional employee. The business is decently established and has various valuable ties in the community.

Note : If you are not in the property restoration business please DO NOT apply. This is a GM position at a restoration and cleaning business. Restoration business related certifications such as WRT, CCT, IICRC and AMRT are certs that you either must be familiar with or currently have. ONLY restoration business professionals will be considered.

Restoration Partner / General Manager Job Summary :

This is a sweat equity position and is a pivotal leadership position within the cleaning and restoration industry, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. This role entails managing daily business activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The General Manager will develop strategic plans to drive business growth, manage company resources, and uphold strict compliance with industry standards. With a focus on quality service delivery, the General Manager also nurtures client relationships, leads and mentors staff, and optimizes operational processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in management, proven industry experience, and relevant certifications such as IICRC. This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Restoration General Manager Responsibilities :
