In 2022, Enklu launched Verse Immersive , the world's first and only Holographic Theatre concept (clear lens augmented reality). In the past 24 months we’ve exploded from a few locations that we owned and operated, to now over 30 locations in 5 countries, having solidified marquee partnerships with some of the worlds most reputable hardware manufacturers, Hollywood IP holders, family entertainment centers, movie theaters, science museums, and more.

Your Targets :

Maximize Net Revenues / Increase ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) on a location by location basis across all Verse Immersive Partners

Specific targets to be discussed during the interview process

Your Responsibilities :

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across 25+ markets

Design and run structured experiments to generate actionable insights

Analyze performance data and translate findings into clear strategies

Own outcomes by driving ticket sales and ROI through paid media

Continuously refine processes to raise quality standards and efficiency

Produce weekly performance reports.

Must Haves :

Proven track record managing paid campaigns —- Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat —- the more the better

Experience structuring, testing, and scaling campaigns across multiple markets

Advanced ability to analyze ad performance data and generate actionable insights

Strong background in audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion optimization

Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns at scale while upholding high quality standards

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience driving B2C sales and ROI through digital performance marketing

Funnel Optimization.

Experience in Location-Based Entertainment / Event Ticketing.

Work Arrangement :

This is a contract to full-time position. Hybrid in-office in Chicago, fully remote considered for the right candidate.
