Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Grand Rapids Michigan

Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00PM Monday – Friday Some Overtime may be required

Pay : $19.25 an hour

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to add to a growing team. Taking over the phone requests, questions and orders to process customer inquiries. Maintaining a professional and customer focused relationships with clients. Keeping a positive attitude on every interaction with customer and paying close attention to detail. Educating oneself consistently on mechanical aptitude in order to master the technical aspect of the role.

Responsibilities :

• Taking over the phone requests and orders.
• Assist customers by answering a variety of questions in a polite and professional manner.
• Document all phone calls and decisions.
• Stay informed on industry developments through continued learning.
