Job descriptionPresence & Poise : A confident yet approachable demeanor with a polished appearance and professional communication style. Exceptional People Skills : High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills. Foundational Experience : A minimum of a High School Diploma and some professional experience in retail and / or sales. Tech Savvy : Comfort and proficiency with technology, including POS systems, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms. Preferred Assets : Previous experience in luxury retail and bi-lingual skills to serve our diverse clientele. Base Salary : $50,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Potential to earn $85,000+ with commission.
