We reward problem solving.What You’ll DoYour future starts here! A Plastics Process Engineer at Royal will support production with any processing issues that occur during their scheduled shift. We will look to you to optimize our manufacturing processes, improve efficiency and ensure product quality. Based out of our Mission, TX  facility.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot process issues and lead efforts to reduce scrap
• Work within a cross-functional team including maintenance, tooling, and production management
• Participate and lead improvement project teams that are geared towards improving operational performance
• Participate in Corporate initiatives to support cost reductions, quality improvements, and standardization
• Coach and support training and development of the site supervisors

What You’ll BringQualifications :

Solid understanding of injection mold tooling, gate / runner design, part ejection, secondary equipment such as thermolators, dryers and hoppers and feeder / mixing units.
