The Land Acquisition Specialist supports the complete lifecycle of land acquisition projects-from initial evaluation and budgeting through acquisition, leasing, documentation, and reporting. This role requires strong knowledge of real estate and land acquisition procedures, database management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient, compliant project execution. The Representative will negotiate land rights, manage documentation workflows, and act as a liaison among internal teams, external vendors, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

Land Acquisition & Administration

• Manage the evaluation, acquisition, and negotiation of land and land rights (fee, lease, easement) for company projects.
• Administer leases for company-owned property and coordinate the disposal of surplus assets.
• Negotiate with landowners to secure rights-of-way, substation sites, and other necessary properties to avoid project delays.
• Review and interpret legal descriptions and title documentation to ensure accuracy in property transactions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain agreements related to land leasing and acquisitions.
