POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Senske Family of Companies (SFC). As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. This role requires a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Effectively sell SFC products / services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction
Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues as they arise
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS :
3+ years of sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain focused and motivated in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software
A positive and proactive approach to learning and development
