Job Summary
As a Supplemental Physical Therapist, you will assess patients and create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations. This includes measuring neuromuscular and skeletal functions. You will document findings, track progress, and provide guidance to patients and their caregivers. Additionally, you will collaborate with other physical therapists and management to enhance program development while serving as a mentor and resource for assistants, students, and rehabilitation technicians.
A Physical Therapist practicing direct access will evaluate patients to identify movement and mobility challenges without diagnosing illness. If a diagnosis is already provided by a healthcare professional, you will incorporate that information into your evaluations.
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our acute care team! This is a supplemental position with a minimum shift expectation of two weekend days (Saturdays and / or Sundays) every six weeks. Shifts are from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with flexibility available.
