Location : Greencastle, IN
Salary : $22-$25.00 per hour

We’re looking for an energetic 1st Shift Site Supervisor to take charge of our field talent at a key customer location. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing workforce—motivating your team, ensuring top-notch results, and building a trusted partnership with our client’s onsite leadership. You’ll foster a welcoming, united team environment and keep things running smoothly during the Client’s busy season.
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 5am to 2pm with occasional weekends based on client needs.
Assignment : Temporary, about 8 months, but with the chance to make a lasting impression.

Role Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client.
- Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices.
- Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce.
- Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance.
