Job descriptionDefine, implement, and enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with SOX compliance and client standards. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, oversee RFP / RFQ processes, and negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with Legal and Finance. Manage and mentor Procurement and Strategic Sourcing teams, ensuring effective work allocation, performance optimization, and training. Partner with internal departments and executive leadership to provide regular reporting on procurement activities, risks, and savings. Drive continuous improvement by introducing industry best practices, standardizing procurement processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. Basic Qualifications BA / BS in Business / Finance or related field. 10+ years in Purchasing and / or Procurement. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related function, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
