Our catering and events department is all about making delicious Chick-fil-A available for events outside the restaurant. In addition to guests placing orders for trays of chicken, salad, fruit and cookies for their event, we also sell chicken sandwiches & nuggets on-site to hungry crowds at festivals, concerts, sports tournaments and swim meets. Additionally, we have a year-round concession space at some indoor sports arenas to feed their crowds on Fri nights & Saturdays. All cooking is done back at the restaurant so there is no cooking on site.

The Catering Coordinator serves in the Catering & Outside Sales Department coordinating catering orders :

• Is a liaison between the kitchen and the client, the
• Ensures that every catering order is complete, rung up properly, is communicated with the kitchen and is ready on time for either customer pickup or delivery to their venue.
• Facilitates the dispatching of our delivery personnel, event workers and food replenishments at high-volume events when needed.

The Coordinator is also working with our events workers. These event workers are :

The Catering Coordinator ensures our personnel have EVERYTHING they need for their event before leaving the store.
