Responsibilities :

Lead global cross-functional teams to identify, develop, scope, model, and resource strategic business transformation projects.

Deliver projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial benefits.

Conduct robust due diligence and deliver flawless project execution.

Translate strategic plans into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedule and benefits.

Ensure global use of practical, effective tools and techniques (Standard Transitions Process) to manage the implementation of business transformation projects.

Manage project charters, risk and mitigation plans, project schedules, financial targets, costs and savings calculations and methodology, periodic and recurring business reviews, executive leadership briefings, resource planning, change management plans, employee relations plans, roles and responsibilities matrices, stage-gate based implementation methodologies, conflict resolutions plans and service level agreements in order to guarantee success.
