Superior Metal Technologies is stable full-service aluminum metal finishing company, specializing in high-performance architectural coatings. We are located in the East side of Indianapolis.
We are currently seeking an Production Manager. Our assigned department works on day shift typically a 10-hour shift on a Monday to Friday schedule. The experienced Production Manager will oversee our aluminum finishing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring safety and quality standards, optimizing workflow, and leading a team of production staff. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with other departments, including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide insights to enhance operational workflows.
