Role Overview

Will need a visionary engineering leader to spearhead the design and deployment of next‑generation distributed energy networks frameworks for rolling out data centers. This role blends deep technical mastery with strategic foresight, focusing on high‑performance systems for enterprise‑grade environments like hyperscale data centers and utility grids.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture Leadership : Engineer and oversee the deployment of multifaceted energy systems, integrating solar arrays, battery storage, power converters, and backup generation into cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Vision & Roadmapping : Define and execute a forward‑looking strategy for our energy technology suite, ensuring alignment with regulatory trends, emerging tech, and commercial viability.
• Client‑Facing Expertise : Serve as the go‑to technical authority for executive stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable, cost‑effective designs.
• Team Formation & Mentorship : Build and lead a high‑performance engineering team, fostering collaboration across R&D, product, and commercial units to deliver seamless solutions.
• Industry Advocacy : Represent the company as a thought leader in energy reliability, smart grid integration, and control systems, supporting sales and marketing through technical enablement and training.
