Position Summary
The Collision Detailer plays a key role in our repair-to-delivery process—ensuring every vehicle returned to our clients reflects the quality and precision the Snell brand is known for. This position supports both the detail and production flow of the Collision Center, helping vehicles move efficiently through each stage while maintaining the highest appearance and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and detail vehicles after body and paint repairs to ensure flawless finish and cleanliness.
- Perform final quality checks before customer delivery, ensuring workmanship meets company and OEM standards.
- Support vehicle movement throughout the collision facility, including wash, prep, staging, and delivery areas.
- Communicate effectively with painters, body technicians, and estimators to coordinate workflow and timelines.
- Monitor and report on quality issues, assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Maintain detailing equipment, materials, and workspaces in clean, organized condition.
- Participate in daily production meetings to align on goals, due dates, and repair progress.
- Stay up-to-date on new detailing products, materials, and techniques to enhance results and efficiency.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).Previous experience in automotive detailing, car wash, or collision repair environment preferred.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Comfortable using basic tools, cleaning equipment, and quality inspection processes.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.Benefits
