Radiology Technologist Job Details Location : San Angelo, TX 76903 (West Texas healthcare jobs) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : January 12, 2026 – End : April 13, 2026) Shift : Day shift, Friday–Sunday, 12 : 00pm–12 : 00am (3x12-hour shifts per week) Estimated Weekly Pay : $1840–$1890 Setting : Community hospital, XR Tech unit Patient Population : Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Rotational call and holiday coverage as assigned Radiology Technologist Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) Active ARRT (R) certification required Current BLS certification Experience with electronic charting systems (any system accepted) Trauma level II experience preferred Ability to provide clinical support for all patient age groups COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions considered) Previous travel healthcare experience highly preferred Valid Texas radiology license in-hand required at time of submission Radiology Technologist Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, including X-ray, portable, and C-Arm imaging Operate advanced imaging equipment (Carestream, Siemens, Shimadzu, Philips, GE OEC, PACS : McKesson) Provide imaging services for chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, trauma, and other exams Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all radiology procedures Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary radiology and healthcare teams Participate in rotational call and holiday coverage as assigned Experience the best of West Texas healthcare while making a difference in patient care.
