We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Collections Agent to join our dynamic team! If you have 3-6 months of experience in a collections or customer service role and are ready to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

MUST HAVE 3-6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to resolve customer account issues and outstanding balances.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team collections goals.
  • Provide clear, professional communication and problem-solving support to customers.
  • Handle high call volumes efficiently, ensuring organization and composure at all times.

Qualifications :

  • 3-6 months of experience in collections, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage pressure, and meet performance targets.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical collections is a plus, but not required.
