What You'll Do

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism in a healthcare environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, staff, and / or patients with directions and information while maintaining access control protocols.

Work closely with healthcare personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment for all individuals on site.

Minimum Requirements

Being at least 21 years of age is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
