Calling all hands-on heroes in Muncie, IN! We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Industrial Maintenance team on a direct hire basis! This opportunity is on 2nd shift (3 : 00 PM-11 : 00 PM) offering a pay range between $29.76 to $34.82 / hour plus an $0.85 shift premium, with the opportunity for pay increases every 6 months (per eligibility requirements). Job Responsibilities

• Experience as a journeyman machine repair, toolmaker, millwright or pipe fitter is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• General machine rebuilds skills required (spindles rebuild, replace bearings, replace hydraulic / pneumatic lines etc.)
• Knowledge of tool room equipment operation such as Bridgeport, Engine Lathe, Surface Grinder etc.
• Ability to manufacture minor components in the tool room is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and / or cellular manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC control systems is a plus.
• G-Code programming knowledge is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $29.76 - $35.67 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
