Accounting Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Process A / R, A / P, and client expense reimbursements

Assist with collections efforts and payment reconciliation

Generate and distribute accounting and ad hoc financial reports

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of accounting experience

ProLaw experience (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Must be self-directed and comfortable working 100% remotely

Ability to handle time-sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
