We’re seeking a CNC professional who can run turning, milling, and mill-turn work centers, keep quality front-and-center, and help us ship flawless parts. If you have a knack for prints, GD&T, and in-process inspection—and you’re open to growing into a lead role—read on.

Core impact

• Produce parts to customer specifications using CNC lathes, mills, and mill-turn equipment.
• Program or modify CNC programs as needed; verify outcomes after changes.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections per print callouts.
• Deburr to requirements and maintain part identification and lot segregation.
• Detect, segregate, and report nonconforming product and FOD; control nonconforming material per procedure.
• Document results accurately on job travelers and associated quality records.
• Notify leads / management of damaged or nonconforming parts immediately.
• Assist with packaging and shipping to meet delivery commitments.
• Comply with AS9100D and all customer-specific requirements; report safety concerns.

Lead option

Opportunity to oversee a turning or milling area : scheduling, troubleshooting, programming updates, and coordinating first-piece inspections in collaboration with the other area lead.
