Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves coordinating and administering radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures, while maintaining high standards of imaging and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate radiopharmaceuticals for patient procedures.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Explain the imaging procedure to patients.
• Maintain a high standard of imaging and positioning to acquire a quality scan.
• Operate the PACS Computer System proficiently.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the operation of the department.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, with rotating on call responsibilities. Must be available for 24-hour call back with a 60-minute response time. Our hospital is equipped with the latest technology for cancer treatment and various specialized health centers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.

Ardent benefits available first day of the month following 30 days of employment

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Cushing,OK.
