POSITION : Special Education and / or Municipal Associate Attorney

BILLABLES : 1800 hours - If attorneys hit their hourly minimum 1800 hours, they receive a $3000 bonus, if they hit 1950 hrs. they receive a $5000 bonus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

You’ll counsel and represent public school districts on a wide range of legal matters, including :

• Special Education Law ( IDEA, Section 504 – minimum 3 years’ experience required)
• Student Rights, Policies & Discipline
• School Employment & Labor Law
• Construction & Facility Planning
• Financial Solutions for Districts
• Collective Bargaining Negotiations
• Governance for School Boards & Administrators
