Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to support customer needs
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience of at least one year
Experience working with SAP is a must
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
