LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Physical Medicine MD in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905!

Pay Information

$450,000 to $750,000 per year

About The Position

Indiana PMR w / EMG, $750K Income, ASC Ownership, and No Call

Compensation & Benefits

  • $450K-$550K guaranteed for 2 years + RVU bonus potential
  • Current providers earning $750K+ annually
  • ASC partnership track after 2 years
  • Signing bonus : $20K
  • Relocation allowance : Up to $20K

  • Physician-owned, interventional pain management group with integrated surgery centers
  • Four-day workweek, 8 : 00 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m. - no nights, no weekends, no call
