Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to lead all logistics, inventory, and distribution operations across multiple locations. This role ensures our plumbing, heating, and A / C field teams have the tools, materials, and vehicles they need to deliver exceptional service safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, parts, and equipment across all branches.
• Partner with purchasing and service departments to ensure proper stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Manage tool and equipment assignments, calibrations, and returns for field technicians.
• Monitor fleet and material logistics to support daily service operations.
