As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in translating design specifications into efficient, repeatable, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Your expertise will support the production floor, resolve technical issues, and facilitate seamless communication between Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical contact for the production floor, working closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors.
Translate new product designs and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) into actionable manufacturing plans and requirements.
Provide feedback to the Design Engineering team to enhance manufacturability.
Deliver hands-on technical support to production lines, resolving assembly, test, and process issues to minimize downtime.
Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process, determining appropriate actions for non-conforming assemblies.
Design, implement, and maintain custom fixtures and test equipment for production.
Develop, write, and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions for new and existing product assemblies.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve production processes, focusing on cycle time, cost, and first-pass yield.
Work directly with the Quality team to establish in-process inspection points and quality control checks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
4+ years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics assembly
Strong foundation in electronics theory; ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and component datasheets.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
Salary Range : $85,000-$100,000
