Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (Tue-Sat)

Position Overview

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in organizing and delivering high-quality resident care in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Resident Care conferences, ensuring that Resident Care Plans are accurate and current.
• Prepare and administer medications per physician orders, managing inventory to replace expired medications timely.
• Document patient care activities correctly and escalate any issues as necessary.
• Identify signs and symptoms, utilizing sound judgment to select appropriate treatments or interventions.
• Provide supervision and guidance to ancillary staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall team functions.
