Travel CVOR Technologist - $2,690 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CVOR Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 30 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Certified Surgical Technologist – CVOR Tech Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift – Mix of 5x8-Hour (06 : 30 – 15 : 00) and 2x12-Hour (10 : 30 – 23 : 00) Call Requirement : Yes – flexible scheduling with call coverage as needed Job Responsibilities : Scrub in and assist during complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures including CABG, valve replacements, EVAR, TEVAR, and VAD implantations. Maintain sterile technique and ensure all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly handled and available. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe operation flow in the CVOR. Perform instrument reprocessing and equipment documentation specific to cardiovascular / thoracic procedures. Assist with case cart preparation, crash cart readiness, and handling of high-risk instruments and supplies. Follow universal protocols, aseptic technique, and safety guidelines in a high-acuity OR environment.
