Our team is currently looking for a Parts & Service Customer Support Representative to maintain a high level of customer service. In these roles, the rep interprets customer needs via telephone or in the Customer Support Center to fulfill the parts and service needs of the customer.

Essential Duties

Retail focus – Customer Relationship

Solicit sale of new or additional parts or services.

Utilize computer system for entering and updating customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and closing invoices to customer.

Strong data entry skills are a must.

Communicate with customer in person, over the phone and using electronic (web‑based) tools.

Handle / resolve inventory issues at the location.

Write an accurate, descriptive and clear repair order for work to be performed.

Work effectively in a team environment.

Education and / or Experience

2+ years related experience with parts and service (required).

A technical background with engines will be helpful.

Perkins engines experience is a plus.

Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card.

High school diploma or GED.

Physical and Safety Requirements

Move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, reach with hands and arms.

Regularly lift / move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Read and write reports.

Implement and enforce health and safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.

Occasionally safely operate warehouse equipment including 2‑wheel and 4‑wheel carts, forklift truck, etc.
