We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Supply Chain Manager for a leading manufacturing company in the aerospace and defense sector. Their facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, specializes in cutting-edge circuit boards aimed at both Aerospace and Defense applications.

Position Summary :

As the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, you will take on a crucial leadership position, acting as a key member of the local senior operations leadership team. Your primary focus will be to design and execute a robust supply chain infrastructure that drives operational excellence and delivers exceptional value. You will oversee all aspects of the supply chain for the site and lead a high-performance team of 4-5 buyers, aligning the supply chain strategy with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain vision, leading all planning, execution, and improvement efforts for related business processes.
• Manage site supply inventory and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Optimize cross-site processes to increase efficiency and standardization across all operations.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing supply chain team, including their selection, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the annual procurement budget, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while strategically planning for cost savings.
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, conducting evaluations and selections to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create and manage site-specific metrics to assess and improve supply chain performance, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Identify and promote IT solutions that enhance supply chain management and facilitate cost efficiencies.
• Engage in Strategic Supply Chain initiatives, focusing on supplier development and proposal strategies to secure contract awards.
